Here is this month’s little-known fact about the Shadowhunter world:
One of the oldest magic shops in London is in Limehouse, near Gill Street.
After its proprietor, Sallows, was murdered in 1878, it passed to the head of the London vampire clan, who held it until it was won in a game of cards by Hypatia Vex in 1932.
